The Ultimate Detox is the full experience — 90 minutes of full-body Brazilian lymphatic drainage, finished with a lymphatic facial using gua sha and red light therapy. Head to toe, nothing skipped.
What actually happens in the room
The first hour is full-body drainage: legs, arms, back, abdomen, working with light rhythmic pressure to move fluid toward your lymph nodes. It includes gentle abdominal work and guided belly breathing. The pressure is much lighter than a regular massage — the lymphatic system sits just under the skin, so it doesn't take much.
The last half hour is the facial. Lymphatic facial drainage to reduce the look of puffiness around the eyes and jaw, gua sha to work along the natural drainage pathways of the face and neck, and red light therapy to finish.
Who this is for
Choose the Ultimate Detox if you want the complete reset rather than focused work on one area, or if facial puffiness is part of what's bothering you. It's also the session most women book when they've had a Pump Detox, felt the difference, and want the full version.
What it helps with
Full-body lymphatic drainage supports your body's natural detox pathways and encourages circulation, reducing the look of bloating and puffiness. The facial portion targets fluid retention in the face and around the eyes — the puffiness that shows up after a bad night's sleep, a salty meal, or a hard week.
Results build cumulatively. A single session feels good; a rhythm of regular sessions is where most women notice a real difference.
How to prepare
Clean skin, no makeup — this one matters. Drink water throughout the day, eat something light two to three hours before, and skip caffeine and alcohol in the two hours beforehand. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and your standard undergarments.
Afterwards
Keep drinking water and move gently. Expect more trips to the washroom. Skip heavy makeup for the rest of the day if you can — your skin will thank you.
